Items needed to complete application:  Birth Certificate, Immunization Records, Taxes for 2011, prior month’s entire income information, ie. All check stubs, unemployment, disability etc.

Waterford Child Development will conclude it's school year with a Music Festival for the children in our programs and their immediate families.  The Music Festival we be held on May 30, 2012 from 9:00-12:30 pm.  We will have various musical performers attending.  Mr. Davis, WUSD Superintendent will be playing his trumpet as well!  There will be activities for the children that will be related to music.  Light refreshments will be served as well.
